Born in Seoul, South Korea and studied in Germany with Prof. Zakahar Bron. She has won awards and prizes in numerous international competitions. She has given concerts with the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, the Hong-Kong Philharmonic, and the Seoul Philharmonic. He is a jury member of the Wieniawski Youth Competition, the Moscow International Competition and the Lisbon International Competition. She is a professor at Konkuk University in Seoul, and director of the contemporary music group “Eclat.”
